Why Cold Process Soaps?
Cold process soaps are totally different than commercial soaps. In case of cold process soaps, only pure plant derived butters, oils, herbs and botanical extracts are used as base whereas there are cheap fillers filled in many o the commercial soaps to reduce cost. Cold process soaps take 4-6 weeks of time to dry up. They are handmade and many soap artisans curate beautiful and unique soaps. JC soaps are all made using such cold process method. Cold process soaps are pricey over commercial ones but they do make skin soft and nourishing (depending on quality of course).

My Experience with JC Cucumber, Matcha & Spearmint Soap
Ahh, this soap is a treat to my all senses in morning. It smells so fresh and gives me that wake me up morning. I love such beautiful refreshing and clean aroma in day time. This soap has refreshing floral-minty kind of aroma which is just perfect and not overpowering. It is one such perfect summer time soap. This soap cleanses the body nicely without leaving skin dry or stretchy. It is not very moisturizing but not drying either. Absolutely love the balanced concoction of ingredients.
Juicy Chemistry Papaya, Apricot & Mandarin Cold Pressed Soap
The powerful healing and antioxidant properties of Papaya are harnessed in this soap with a blend of essential oils that help remove all traces of dry and flaky skin and leave it hydrated. Mandarin helps neutralize the harmful toxic effects of free radicals and keeps the skin looking young and healthy. Lemon helps brighten skin and lighten blemishes.

My Experience with JC Papaya, Apricot & Mandarin Soap
This soap has very faint aroma and it is excellent for sensitive skin. It is creamy and moisturising, keeps the skin soft and supple. Out of all soaps mentioned here, I find this soap creamier and more moisturising. It is a really good soap for winters or for dry sensitive skin types. In spite of having some citrus ingredients, it doesn’t smell citrusy at all (to me at least). As I mentioned, the aroma is very faint
Juicy Chemistry Sugarcane & Grapefruit Organic Cold Pressed Soap
This lush cleansing bar is a powerhouse of natural AHAs that deeply cleanses and exfoliates the skin while maintaining its natural glow and texture. Sugarcane is abundantly rich in Glycolic acid that naturally exfoliates the skin by breaking down skin cells accumulation. It also helps boost collagen synthesis by seeping deep into the skin levels making way for new protein rich fibers to form.

My Experience with JC Sugarcane & Grapefruit Soap
This soap has natural exfoliating properties derived from sugarcane which in turn makes the skin soft and smooth. The AHA in this is in very low percentage making the soap suitable for daily usage. I haven’t noticed any other thing from the soap. It has mild aroma of grapefruit which is pleasant and not overpowering at all. My skin feels nourished and soft post usage.
My Take on Juicy Chemistry Organic Soaps
Juicy Chemistry soaps are of really good quality. The ingredients used are of purest quality which makes them heavy on pocket. They are often on sale and many times JC keeps soap shavings for sale where you get 1.5x quantity at reduced rates. I would highly recommend these nourishing soaps to everyone.
