Vilvah Day Cream Review

Hello peeps! I am reviewing the new launch that is Vilvah’s Day Cream today. I was sent this long back but couldn’t use it properly since my skin was troubled. Finally, I am up with the review! Code PEPILIO will give you discount on Vilvah and many other brands at Vanity Wagon.

Product Description

A high performance day cream with triple action radiance booster, moisturiser and sunscreen in one. Rich in Acai Berry and Green Tea, with remarkable antioxidant properties. This everyday skin defence Day cream restores the skin’s natural radiance and balance, leaving the face soft and protected all day long.

Ingredient Goodness

Vilvah Day Cream has the goodness of green tea extract, zinc oxide, titanium dioxide white lily oil, acai oil and much more.

Texture and Fragrance

There is no added fragrance in this cream, it has very light herbal and soothing smell. The texture is thick and creamy but not heavy. The cream spreads easily but it takes a bit time to blend it perfectly. It is a tinted cream and doesn’t leave any white caste! You would like to check my review on this mineral sunscreen as well!

Vilvah Day Cream Review
Vilvah Day Cream

This cream is packed in beautiful and sleek brown glass bottle. It is very compact and pretty! The silver cap and silver logo of Vilvah and sliver-white information make it look elegant. There is a pump inside which I love the most. It is so convenient to use! There is no outer box packaging.

My Experience with Vilvah Day Cream

I use this cream after cleansing and toning in my skincare routine. The cream is thick and creamy but it feels very light. I take 2-3 pumps for face and neck. It spreads nicely but yes it takes a bit time for completely blending. Once it is set, it gives beautiful dewy or satin kind of finish. I am so happy that it doesn’t leave any white caste at all. My skin feels very slightly brighter since this is a tinted cream – not much tinted like BB creams but very lightly tinted. Even after few hours, my skin doesn’t feel oily or sticky which is a really great thing. I was a bit sceptical about this seeing the texture but I was wrong.

Vilvah Day Cream I would say, use this alone if you are staying at home. If you are heading out, topping with a separate sunscreen is a must. SPF20 is not adequate for prolonged sun exposure. It is a really good cream for daily use and I have not faced any kind of irritation or breakouts due to this.
